Quality certificate and policy
Regional Consulting and Information Centre KAZUIST spol. s r.o.
is a holder of quality management certificate according to the ÄŒSN EN ISO 9001 : 2008 norm which was awarded on the basis of quality system audit in 2009. The audit was carried out by the british "United Registrar of Systems" which has its branches all over the world.
Obtaining the certificate crowned the long lasting activities and efforts focused on building of a functional quality management system. The main goal of the company´s quality policy is to provide quylity services to its customers. The audit proved that the defined quality policy and the way of achieving clients´ satisfaction are fully embodied into company´s day-life. In addition to certification audit, there will place re-certification audits carried out yearly which ensure the company´s quylity system development and actualization.

Quality policy defines basic aproaches and principles of the company. The observance of the principles by realization of all the activities is the key factor leading to reaching of planned results. All company´s bodies, its employees and external consultants are obliged to act in comliance with the principles.

A. PARTNERSHIP
Clients, suppliers, cooperating organizations and authorities (municipalities etc.) are regarded to as partners who participate on quality of our services. The orientation on their present and future needs is basis of the cooperation with these subjects. The development of the cooperation with the partners in particular in the field of services included in small and medium-sized companies´ supporting programs is emphasized.
B. WORKING MEANS
The developlment of working means (technical equipment, software and office equipment) is focused on improvement of quality and range of services provided. It helps
- to meet present and in the future expected customers´needs for quality of services provided,
- to utilize efficiently all material and energetic inputs of company´s business activities,
- to secure and maintain the data,
- to ensure technical and software equipment appropriate for needs laid on data processing.
C. PEOPLE
Building up of company´s intelectual capital and creation of a professional working environment are the components of motivation process which leads

D. MANAGEMENT
In all company´s activities, the role of the process aproach strenghtens.
